Pilots
Prove it with your own leaders first.
A 12-week pilot for up to 30 leaders, measured against a baseline, with the renewal terms agreed before you start.
The offer
12 weeks. Up to 30 leaders. $5,000.
Every participant gets full use of the app; your administrators get the company dashboard; you get a final report and a readout with your sponsor.
What we provide
- Kickoff session and onboarding
- A check-in every two weeks
- Short surveys at weeks 4, 8 and 12
- A final report and readout
What you commit
- At least 8 participants who lead people
- A sponsor and a day-to-day contact
- The assessment at the start and the end
- Real decisions brought to the app
Our promise
If competence and judgment don't move, you don't renew. The subscription terms are agreed up front, so the readout is a simple yes or no.
What we measure
One question, answered with numbers: is their judgment getting sharper?
| Measure | How | Target |
|---|---|---|
| Competence by leadership style | Assessment at the start, retaken at the end | Growth in each person's weakest styles |
| Range | Styles at Proficient or above | Average up by at least one style |
| Read accuracy | How often expectations match what happened | Higher in the last weeks than the first |
| Reflection | Share of decisions reviewed | 60% or more |
| Engagement | Active participants | 80% use it at least every two weeks |
Targets are agreed with you at kickoff. Results are pooled; no individual's decisions are ever reported.
The timeline
From a verbal yes to a renewal decision.
- 1
Agreement (1 to 3 weeks)
A short pilot agreement, a tester confidentiality agreement and answers to your security questions.
- 2
Setup (the week before)
Your cohort is chosen, your company account and dashboard are created, and your sponsor sends a short note.
- 3
Kickoff (day 0)
A 60-minute session: everyone installs the app, takes the assessment and names a decision to bring that week.
- 4
Running (weeks 1 to 12)
Real decisions, reviews on the third evening, check-ins every two weeks and a midpoint review with your sponsor.
- 5
Readout
Results against the baseline, what participants said, and a decision: continue, expand or stop.
Questions
Before you start.
Do participants need iPhones?
Yes. Decision Space is an iPhone app today.
Will we see what people decided?
No. Decisions and conversations stay on each person's phone. You see pooled results once 5 or more people have data, and leadership patterns once 8 or more do.
Can people use real names and client details?
We ask people to describe situations by role, and the app offers to swap names, firms and figures for roles before anything is sent.
What happens after the pilot?
Nothing renews automatically. If you continue, it's on the subscription terms agreed before the pilot started.
Ready to run a pilot?
Tell us about your leaders and we will propose a cohort and dates.
